We are David and Leanne, a British couple who have made Agios Nikolaos our home. David has lived in this beautiful town for over 35 years, while Leanne joined him 15 years ago. With deep local connections and a strong network of trusted professionals, we bring a wealth of experience to our property management services.

David’s background in property maintenance, electrics, and general repair work allows us to handle many tasks in-house with expert care. Both of us bring technical expertise in website development, social media marketing, and online advertising, putting us in an ideal position to market properties effectively.

As a family raising our son here, we understand the unique charm and needs of the area, enabling us to offer personalised, reliable, and heartfelt services to both property owners and guests alike.

Like many properties here in Greece, the WiFi in our house has always had poor coverage due to the thick walls etc. David offered a few different options and eventually installed wired WiFi network system which gives us full coverage in every room as well as in the garden. Installation was quick and well planned with very little interuption to services. We now have super fast WiFi acccess in all parts of our property.
